Input and Output

Input and Output are again, very very important to my product. To start, I would defintialy use RFID to track everything. Each component of the computer would need to be accounted for and RFID would make it very easy to walk into the backroom and know how many hard drives or how many printer belts we had in one second.

Another part of input and output I would use would be QR codes. These I would use for advertising. Since my  product would be so new to the market, people would want to know more about it and this way they can scan it with their smartphone, perhaps while looking to buy a new computer at Best Buy or some place like that, and then find out more about this newer computer and printer in one. (Still working on a better name)

Lastly, the very technical part of the computer of course would need input and output, I mean I think that is what this computer is all about- combining the two. Having a printer not even need to be output, and instead being all in one would be the objective. And then of course this laptop would still have all the usual input products such as video cards, sound cards, microphone, etc.

  1. Input and Output is definitely very important to your idea. One thing that comes to mind when I think of printers is it's capabilities. Would your printer be able to print black and white, color or photos? Additionally, where would it store the paper and how much could your store? Could it print on various qualities of paper? These are just a few specifics I would think about when it comes to Inputs and Outputs.

  2. I would think that at first, it would print just black and white and it would only hold a few pieces of paper, the rest you would store in your fancy new computer case that has a little place to hold paper. Over time hopefully, it would get more high tech and therefore would be able to print in color, any type of paper and any quality of paper. Take a look at the first iPod ever in comparison to today...
